Five Brothers is a hard, washed rind cheese that combines the flavour profile of an alpine cheese like Appenzeller, with texture of a well made gouda. It recently won the top award at our annual BIG CHEESE tournament, beating out 32 other cheeses from nine countries. We’re thrilled to carry it and so pleased to be able to share it with you.
