‘Cuvee de Silex’ Vouvray ’20
Orange peel, crushed pebbles and a touch of thyme on the nose. The palate is gently composed with orange zest and peach skin notes, with a chalky mineral underlay, and a sense of accompanying bitterness. There is wonderful thread of acidity running through the wine that is well balanced by 8.5g/L of residual sugar.Â
