This sparkling wine has a fine, delicate and consistent mousse, with aromas of green pear, yellow apple and white blossom. True to the vintage, the base wine had a riper and richer fruit profile which all leads to more power, structure and a surprising tropical fruit character on the palate. Five years on the lees has lent a toasted bread and stay with us here, a parmesan rind note that is divine and will continue to evolve and develop over time. Zero Dosage.
